On Day 1, we start by identifying the property boundaries using the property survey provided by the owner. Once the property lines are set, we mark the fence line and begin installing the posts. According to city requirements, posts are spaced every 6 feet and set 2 feet deep in the ground. The posts and fence rails are installed to create the base structure of the fence. We then allow the concrete to cure for a full day to ensure stability.
Step 2: Concrete Curing
We leave the structure to set for 24 hours, giving the concrete time to harden fully and secure the posts firmly in place.
Step 3: Custom Gate Construction
On the third day, our expert welder visits the property to build and install the gates. By constructing the gate on-site, we ensure it aligns perfectly with the fence’s elevation and slope, creating a seamless and professional look. This method guarantees a precise fit and smooth operation of the gate.
Step 4: Installation of Fence Slats
In the final stage, we install the fence slats (panels) to complete the board-on-board design.
